REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

FULL REFUND:

• In case of Mental Health Consultation/Package:

Customers will be eligible for a full refund for 100% of the amount paid in case “Inner Hush” is not able to assign any Counsellor/Therapist within 2 days due to any unforeseen circumstances from the day you make the payment.

Upon cancellation, the customer will not be eligible for any therapies or consultation and the amount paid will be refunded back to the authorized source of the payment.

The refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect the source of the payment.


• In case of Veterinary Consultation/Package: -

Customers will be eligible for a full refund for 100% of the amount paid in case “Inner Hush” is not able to assign any Veterinary Doctor within 2 days due to any unforeseen circumstances from the day you make the payment. Upon cancellation, the customer will not be eligible for any therapies or consultation and the amount paid will be refunded back to the authorized source of the payment.

The refund may take 3-5 business days to reflect the source of the payment. Please note that all the services related to Veterinary Consultation is managed by “Swan Vets” which is an independent/third party service provider a subsidiary part of Angel Eyes which is not a subsidiary or a part in any form of “Inner Hush” and acts solely as a channel partner with “Innerhush”


• You changed your mind: -

The customer will be eligible for a full refund for 100% of the amount paid in case after making the payment you had changed your mind and did not want to the service.

The refund will be processed only if you call us within 1 hour of making the payment on our customer care number +91-7411779765 with a valid reason.

This Policy document is an ‘electronic record’ within the meaning of section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. This Policy being an electronic record requires no signature.


PARTIAL REFUND:

• No partial refunds will be processed in any circumstances. In case you sign up for the package and want to cancel your subscription during mid-way, no partial refunds on pro-rata basis will be processed.

For example, if you have a package of Rs. 5000 INR per month in which you are entitled to have 8 sessions and after 15 days you want to cancel your subscription and ask for the refund of Rs.2500 INR /-, no such requests will be entertained and you will not be eligible for any refunds.


NO REFUND:

• All our therapists/counselors/doctors are highly experienced and well trained to deal with some very serious issues and provide the best possible resolution as compared to other competitors in the market.

But still, if you are not satisfied with the services provided by the therapist/counselor/doctor at any given point in time during your package you should call us on our customer care number or write us an email at support@innerhush.com

We take customer satisfaction very seriously and, in this scenario, we will audit the therapies provided to you and if found that the therapist/counselor/doctor was not able to provide you satisfactory services, we will change your therapist/counselor/doctor for the rest of your package validity. But in no case, you will be eligible for the refund under any circumstances.

• “Inner Hush” reserves the right to cancel your service package and agreement at given point in time in case we find that the customer is using abusive and obscene language with any of our therapists/counselors/doctors.

All sessions are closely monitored and recorded for internal quality and training purposes (We do not disclose the recorded sessions to any third-party company or organizations or with any of our customers).

• Customers are required to complete their number of session(s) in a specific period.

Failing to do so, will result in termination of the package once the validity is over. In such a case, no refund requests will be entertained.

For example, if you take a package of 5000 INR for 8 sessions for a validity of 30 days and you are only able to complete 6 sessions once the 30 days are over, then you will neither get the refund for the remaining 2 sessions nor we will extend your time validity in such a case.

• Once a therapist/counselor/doctor is assigned to a customer and he/she wishes to cancel the package, no refunds will be given. In this case, you will only have an option to change your therapist for which the requests will be entertained by email.

• In case you are not available at the time of the session, the therapist/counselor/doctor will wait for you only for 15 minutes. After which, your session will be canceled.

We request you to plan your sessions accordingly and inform your therapist at least 24 hours in advance before starting the session.

In case you are not able to reach your therapist over the phone, we request you to email us regarding the same.

• The sessions/therapies are non-transferrable. You cannot request us to transfer your any number of minutes or sessions to any other individual.

• The ultimate goal of “Inner Hush” is to show you the path to empowerment and we work diligently towards it. In the case at any given point during your therapy, you feel that your mental condition is improving (In case of Mental Health issues) or the condition of your Pet is improving (In case of Veterinary Consultation) and you wish to cancel your package,no refunds will be entertained.

• All therapies and sessions are conducted either on Audio call or Video call. There will not be any commitment from “Inner Hush” to physically visit any clients to their premises.

In case of poor network connectivity or internet connection, “Inner Hush” will not be responsible and we urge you to test your devices before starting your session. If the call gets disconnected, please call your therapist/counselor/doctor immediately. If you are not able to reach your therapist over the phone, please call us on our customer care number +91-7411779765.

If you are not able to reach anybody on our customer care number, please drop us an email at support@innerhush.com with the screenshots of the attempts made by you to reach your therapist or our customer care number.

Once validated, your session will start from the point where it was before the call got disconnected and you will not lose any number of your remaining minutes.

• “Inner Hush” reserves the right to change/cancel/modify your therapist or your appointment depending on the availability.

In such a case, you will be notified by one of our associates about the same and you will be assigned with the new therapist
